The DJ mixer supports headphones with either a 3.5 mm or 2.5 mm audio jack. The CDJs are connected to each other via a link cable and to the mixer via a digital cable.
You can make your own analog audio recording with a handheld recorder, laptop or sound card directly from the mixer recording output. You need to be able to plug into your recording device a pair of male connectors type RCA, tulip or cinch (left in the image below) or a stereo male 2.5 mm mini jack (right in the image below). Cables with these connectors are available at REVEAL.
It is also possible to use RCA, tulip, cinch or mini jack to input analog audio from a device you brought, into a channel of the mixer. For all other types such as XLR, 3.5 mm jack, etc. you have to bring your own cables.
Recordings via our sound card are digital and result in an 24-bit 44.1 kHz AAC audio file. You can download this file up to one week after recording it. See below Audacity for editing and converting it into an MP3 file.
